App Inventor for Android is an open-source web application originally provided by Google. It allows anyone create mobile apps and games for the Android operating system (OS). Scratch is a programming language and online community where you can create your own interactive stories, games and animations. In this class, we will start with a little basics on Scratch and move on to making Android apps using AppInventor. At the end of the class, each kid will have an app published on the Android market. No prerequisites needed. Just bring your own laptop and your creativity. We'll help you get started. This class consists of 4 sessions/meetings 1hr each. First session is on November 30th from 2pm to 3pmLast session is on December 21st Note: $100 covers all the four sessions. Our classes fill up fast, but we don't want you to be left out. Register with us so we can notify you of our upcoming classes and events. You can also provide feedback if you have a scheduling conflict or to request a different timeslot.
